Jaws Youth Playbook Community Garden Build

Event: Community Garden Build
When: Tuesday, April 15, 2025 | 12:00-3:00pm (Rain date April 16, 12:00-3:00pm)
Where: Alain Locke School 4550 Haverford Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19104. You may park in the school parking lot (entrance on Haverford Ave), or find street parking if there are no spaces available.
What: We will build a school garden to be used by grades K-8! Tasks will include constructing wooden garden beds and moving soil and mulch.
Note: Please wear closed toe shoes, bring a water bottle, and consider long sleeves/pants to avoid scratches and insect bites.
